Mr. Cook has extensive experience in both negotiation and the oil and gas business, an area of strategic importance for Opsens. He started his career with Petro-Canada in 1976 and worked in many areas including commercial negotiation and Oil Sands development. He retired from Petro-Canada as Vice-President marketing and development, Oil Sands, after the merger with Suncor.
