Darren Wiltse has over 28 years of both domestic and international experience in the upstream oil & gas industry and served as the COO of Impact Drilling Ltd., a Canadian drilling company, before it was sold to Western Energy Services Corp.

A Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Wiltse began his oil and gas career as a Drilling Engineer with Petro Canada. He worked for several oil & gas services companies in manufacturing, marketing and oil and gas production before joining Weatherford Canada where he worked for 12 years. When he left Weatherford, he was Director of Technical Services and responsible for defining the strategy, execution and management of a new artificial lift system for SAGD oil sands recovery.
