Denis M. Sirois has been the Executive Vice-President of Exaclan Inc. since 1996 and Vice-President, Investments, of Telesystem Ltd. since March 2006. Exaclan Inc. and Telesystem Ltd. are private holding companies. Mr. Sirois sits on the Board of Directors of iPerceptions Inc. (TSXV: IPE), Telesystem Ltd., Plexo Inc., CJL Capital Inc. and FIER: Gestion Fier-succès inc. Mr. Sirois is also a member of the Executive Committee of Exaclan Inc. and the Investment Committee of Propulsion Fund III L.P. and ID Funds L.P. Mr. Sirois began his career with the corporation Bureaux de crédit collectifs Ltée (BCCL), for which he became Managing Director in 1993. BCCL was a Québec leader in credit information systems and was sold to multinational in 1996.
